1. product introduction
Electromagnetic flow meter is a kind of induction type flow instrument often used to measure, based on Faraday Law, the volume flow rate of conductive medium in closed pipelines. With microprocessor and exclusive integrated circuit, TYLD electromagnetic flow meter have the advantages of reliable performance, high accuracy, easy to use, etc.. The high speed CPU and advanced signal processing technology ensure a wide measuring range of 0.01m/s to 12m/s. The infrared remote control realize man-machine conversation, two-line LCD makes the readings and parameter setting more comprehensive and convenient.
TYLD electromagnetic flow meter can be widely applied in industries like chemical, power supply, metallurgical mine, oil, water supply and drainage, paper making, pharmaceutical, food, etc.
2. Characteristics
1. Variable forms for different kinds of working conditions. Compact and remote form; Flanged, flange wafer,clamped, threaded, insertion end connection; DC/AC, battery power supply.

3. Wide size range of 10mm~3000mm, adapt to different size of pipelines.
4. Full choice of liner to accommodate conductive medium from drinking water to strongly corrosive liquid like sulfuric acid.
5. Measurement is not affected by the density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and electroconductibility of fluid.
6. Two-line LCD, able to display positive and negative instantaneous flow and accumulative flow.
7. No pressure loss. No moving parts.
8. Pulse and 4~20mA standard current output. Multiple choice of communications: RS232, RS485, Modbus, Profibus, HART, etc..
9. Surface mount technology(SMT) technology of converter which possesses self-check and self-diagnose functions.
10. Explosion-proof type can be used at relevant explosion-proof sites. IP68 remote type can be used underwater.

4. Sensor of K type
K type is designed with no flanges, with compact structure and weigh less. The relatively short measuring tube has the advantage of easy cleaning. With all stainless steel body and appropriate liner, it is able to meet the 3A sanitary requirement in food industry. It is often used to measure milk, beverages, etc..
