Description

1.USAGE
This Deadweight Pressure Tester is used for the magnitude transmitting and high-accuracy measurement.
2. FEATURES OF STRUCTURE
1．Features:
a.Because of the tungsten carbide material of the whole piston system, the deformation error and additional temperature error are both extremely small. It can keep the right size of the piston system in long term.
b.It is quite easy for data read because of the indicator available for displaying the piston work position.
c.Work medium: If the pressure of the Tester is more than 30MPa: the medium is diisooctyl sebacate and the CSt(when 20℃) is 20~25mm2/s, which is much smaller than the medium- ricinus oil for the common pressure tester ( its CSt is: 900-1100 mm2/s). Thus, the sensitivity improved and also the measurement range increased a lot. The bedplate is made of aluminium alloy, which is not only light but also sturdy and nice. The material of the pipe is 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
3.MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
1.The Measurement Inaccuracy:
In the environment of 20±2℃ ( The temperature fluctuation is less than 0.5℃), please see the measurement inaccuracy as shown in the table below:
