1. BRIEF INTRODUCTION
This TW8610T Manual Hydraulic Pressure Pump (Medium: oil) adopts the open-type structure, using the high-quality stainless steel material which has a good anti-rust capability. Firstly pre-pressurize the pressure pump manually, so that it has a certain beginning pressure, then regulate the voltage using voltage regulator. Therefore the stability of the product is enhanced, and also achieving a large voltage range.

3.Work Principle:
TW8610T Manual Hydraulic Pump is composed of manual pressure pump, pressure regulator, micro-adjusting value, cut-off value, pressure output connection and oil cup. Firstly pre-pressurize using the manual pressure pump; then adjust the pressure regulator or micro-adjusting value, so that you will get the pressure value which you required. The increasing or decreasing pressure can be quite stable during the verification process. See the fugure below shown the operation Principle:

4.How to use
1. After filling the oil into the oil cup, lift the hydraulic-pressure pump at 45°, remove the plug nut on one side of the one-way inlet value; Then pull out the pipe. Immediately insert the quick-change connector after oil flowing out from oil cup; make sure there is no air bubble inside. As shown in the figure below: 

2.If it is the first time to use, close the cut-off value and using the pressure pump to pressurize. This process need to take a longer time. When there is a clear feeling of the pressure, lift the pressurized pump handle at about 10 ° ~ 15 °. (The pre-pressurized pressure of the pressure pump designed is 10~15MPa). Repeat the above operation three times. If the above pressurizing still does not work, remove the pin roll which connects the plunger and pressure pump handle. Insert the pin roll into the plunger hole; fill the oil into the pressure pump after taking out the plunger. Insert the plunger until the middle position, and then pre-pressurize (using pressurizing pump). Due to plug or pull out the plunger frequently, there maybe oil leakage along the plunger; please pressurize the nut gently.
3.Close the cut-off value during the test process and regulate the pressure regulator on the middle position in the mean time.
4.After using the pressure pump to pre-pressurize, continue to do the increasing and reducing pressure verification work (using the pressure regulator to regulate the pressure).
5.When work completed, fit on the pipe plug avoiding something to go inside the system. 

5.IMPORTANT NOTICE AND THE SOLUTIONS OF COMMON FAULTS
1. The work medium is oil (25MPa transformer oil).
2. The pre-pressurized of the manual pump is 10~15MPa.
3. Before using the pump every time, clean the impurity inside the gauge in order to Avoid the error unnecessary.
4. When doing verification, watch out the oil expending.
5. When pressurizing, if there is oil leakage, it means the internal gasket of the connection is broken. If the pressure below 80MPa, use Φ9×2.5“○”gasket; If the pressure is above 80MPa, please use copper gasket.
6. In the process of the verification or ending, please gently remove the cut-off value in order to avoid damaging the oil cup.
7. After using several times, change the oil and remove the impurity inside the oil cup.
