Description

1. BRIEF INTRODUCTION
TW8620C Manual Pneumatic Pressure Pump is an integrated product which can calibrate not only the negative pressure but also positive pressure. It applied the open structure and high-quality stainless steel material because of the good anti-rust capability. Firstly pre-pressurize (using the manual pump), so that it has a certain initial pressure; then regulate the pressure by pressure regulator, thereby enhancing the stability of the pressure and a larger voltage range.

3. WORK PRINCIPLE:
TW8620C Vacuum Calibrator is composed of manual pressure pump, positive/ negative pressure diversion valve, pressure regulator, pressure output connector and so on. The pressure range is vacuum ~ 6MPa pressure system. It is convenient to calibrate the pressure gauge. This instrument gets the positive and negative pressure through the manual pressure pump, and then uses the pressure regulator to achieve the required pressure. Air pressure pump diagram shown in Figure 1; and the working principle as shown in Figure 2:

4.HOW TO USE
1. Place the instrument at horizontal position; remove the wire plug.
2. Regulate the diversion valve at vacuum or positive pressure.
3. Regulate the micro-regulation valve at the suitable position in order to regulate the pressure easily.
4. Vacuum gauge calibration
1) Connect both the standard instrument and the being test instrument on the output ports; close the return-verification valve.
2) Screw the screw rod of the pressure pump to the top.
3) Using the manual pressure pump to extract the required negative pressure.
4) If the manual pressure pump does not work, screw out the pressure regulator until you get the required negative pressure.
5) When return-verification, first screw in the pressure regulation pump until you get the required pressure, and then slowly turn on the return-verification valve to achieve a return check.     
5. Verification of the positive pressure gauge
1) Connect both the standard instrument and the being test instrument on the output ports; Screw out the screw rod of the pressure pump to the top. Close the return-verification valve.
2) Pre-pressurize the pressure to 0.06MPa, using the pressure regulator to achieve the required pressure.
3) When return-verification, slowly turn on the return-verification valve to achieve a return check.
6. When pressure gauge test completed, remove the instrument and install the pipe plug, release the return-verification valve, screw in the pressure regulator.           
 
5. WARNINGS
1. There should not be oily and corrosive substances and other impurities inside the instruments, or it will affect the normal work of the instruments.
2. When uninstall pressure gauge, the system must be in the zero-pressure condition.
3. When changing the vacuum or pressure, the system must be in the zero-pressure condition.

6.SOLUTIONS OF THE COMMON FAULTS
1.Disable to pressurize, there is not the feeling of pressure on the manual pressure pump.
Reason: (1) Diverting valve does not divert to the correct position; there is air leakage.
            (2) The positive and negative pressure valve did not return to the usual position, so that there is empty-pressure situation.
   Solution: make sure the diverting valve diverts to the right position. 
2. The Pressure regulating pump disables to pressurize.
   Solution: check whether the seal gasket in the pressure regulating pump is damaged.
3. No pressure or there is no pressure output on one side.
   Solution: check whether the output port is blocked.
4. Negative pressure can not reach the standard.
   Solution: based on the local regular atmospheric pressure, determine whether the equipment is normal.
