1.General Introduction
TY 7300 Automatic Thermo-technical Group-controlled Calibration System was designed to the requirement for calibrating lots of thermocouples and thermal resistors automatically. TY
7300 system using the modular structure and each modular unit of it can work alone. Users can select any number (no more than 5) of modular units for this system according to their
requirement. TY 7300 system using multi-modular parallel working mode to raise its efficiency, and can calibrate thermocouples and thermal resistors simultaneously.
2.Performance Features
1 Can control a plurality of furnace or oil slots for free inspection simultaneously
2 Using the modular structure and can be assembled flexible to meet user’s requirement. (no more than 5 modulars)
3.10 sampling channels for each thermocouples or thermal resistors modular.
4.Thermocouples of difference mark graduations can be calibrated in the same furnace.

4. Accuracy of Temperature Control
Temperature deviates from the check point no more than ±5℃ when thermocouple verifying and ±2℃when thermal resistor verifying.

Temperature variation during the calibration of thermocouples 0.2℃/min
Temperature variation during the calibration of thermal resistors 0.04℃/10min
6. Calibration Temperature
Thermocouple 300~1200℃; thermal resistor:0~300℃

1~10 thermocouple(Standard thermocouple is not included); or
1~10 thermal resistors(Standard thermal resistors is not included).
Multi-batch calibration at one temperature is allowed.
8.During the calibration, you can calibrate thermocouples and thermal resistors at different temperature at different times, and the two results can be integrated to one report automatically.
9. Mark graduations of thermocouples can be calibrated
Mark graduations of thermal resistors can be calibrated Pt100、Pt10、Pt50、Cu100、Cu50、BA1、BA2、G10;
10. Average Time for heating and calibrating of each checkpoint: about 30 min.
