1. Compliance with the《JJG59-2007 Verification Regulation of Piston Gauge》 and 《JJG99-2006 Verification Regulation of Weights》.
2.Piston cylinder and piston rod are made out of Tungsten Carbide, with high strength, good hardness and low thermal expansion coefficient, the abrasion
resistance are improved, and the linear expansion coefficient and the deformation coefficient are reduced.
3. High-strength and low-torque inner threaded rod was built in, and can pressure easily without cranking out the handle.
4. Using a 128*64 LCD to show the work location of the piston, smart and with no blinking.
5. With the manual pre-pressing pump, oil-filling and pre-pressing can be completed only by several actions.
6. Tray / basket type (optional) weights loading device.
7. Speedy pressure joint was provided and can get 100MPa sealing pressure only by hand tightening. 2 output joints were arranged for user’s extending.
8. Using the Second generation frame case (Al Alloys), the stability of the piston working base surface was increased effectively.
