1 Compliance with the《JJG59-2007 Verification Regulation of Piston Gauge》 and 《JJG99-2006 Verification Regulation of Weights》.
2 High strength and low torque inner threaded rod was built in, and can pressure easily without cranking out the handle.
3 Using a 128*64 LCD to show the work location of the piston, smart and with no blinking.
4 With the electric pre-pressing pump, the whole pipeline can be filled with working mediums in 2 or 3 seconds, and to provide the starting pressure for
the piston.
5 Overvoltage protection was adopted to safeguard the motor effectively.
6 To increase the measuring accuracy, a rotary switch(speed stepless) was adopted to govern the piston system and weights rotating automatically.
7 Using an electronic location memory system to master the working status of the piston accurately.
8 Speedy pressure joint was provided and can get 100MPa sealing pressure only by hand tightening. 2 output joints were arranged for user’s extending.
9 Two arrange mode can be selected freely , and can be customized according to customers’ demands.
