　　Rosemount 1199 diaphragm seals can be attached to Rosemount 3051S, 3051, 2051, 3095, and 2088 differential, gage, and absolute pressure transmitters. The Diaphragm seal system is constructed by 3051 pressure transmitters,diaphragm seals,filling liquid and combined constructions which directly or capillary installed.

　　During the working lifetime,the pressure sensitive component of transmitters is insulated with the medium of process,by stretchy diaphragm and filling fluids. The silicone oil is with slower heat transmission since it’s without running,then the remote metal capillary take charge of the heat transmission and dissipation. That also could avoid the corrosive measured medium to touch the measurement diaphragm directly.
