1. measurement principle
TY magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter is partly designed based on megnetostrictive principle, its electronic components were made by sensitive waveguide wire, waveguide, magnet and transmit electrical signals and receive return signal. When the electron probe pulse microwave generator to produce electrical impulses along the waveguide when the wire transfer within the steel pipe, at the same time electric pulse came into being a toroidal magnetic field that perpendicular to the waveguide, and at the speed of light speed transfer along to the waveguide wire. When the pulse annular magnetic field and inspcetion magnetic field met, The forming spiral magnetic field, magnetic field vector superposition of instantaneous torque and the waveguide wire is formed on a mechanical torsional wave, The torsion wave returns to the electron probe at the speed of light speed, the pulse induction coil two ends. By measuring the electrical impulses and torsion wave induced pulse produced by the return between the time difference, we can accurately calculate the measured liquid level height. At the same time make the temperature sensor into the pole, which can continious measure the medium temperature.
2. Characteristics
